We were on vacation in Detroit with our 10 year old Son and visited this location. The outside of the building was unassuming but the inside was full of all sorts of exciting Arcade games including Virtual Reality ones! The bumper cars and laser tag were a hit as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean and staff thoroughly clean/disinfected all machines frequently. There’s hours of family fun at ZapZone.
My sons 13th Glow Golf Birthday celebration was amazing! We had a great time, the food was good. Our server was awesome! (sorry can't remember his name)all guests enjoyed! Thanks from one happy parent!!
My son really enjoyed his 8th birthday party 🥳 it was well worth the money spent. I highly recommend booking a party here.
Also the staff was always available if we needed anything and they were definitely on top of everything. We only had one encounter with a not so friendly employee but other than that one everyone was super friendly!
I CANNOT say enough about Gabriel! From start to finish, he was absolutely wonderful. He made the whole party planning process so stress free. Our 10 year old guest of honor had an amazing time with her friends. The Premium Package was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better, would have been longer time in the party room.

I had my Son's birthday party and we had a blast at Zap zone. Service was good, very helpful and accommodating since we had a big group. Gabriel was always willing to help and provided the best quality services.
Just had a birthday party here and glad we did! All the kids had a blast!! There is so much to do all in one place! Gabriel was amazing!!! Courteous, helpful, and very professional!! As a representative of your company and brand I must say you're lucky to have him on your staff. My wife and are extremely happy with how everything went. We will be back and we will recommend Zap Zone to any parent looking for a fun place for their kids. Not bad for adults either 😉
My son had an absolute blast. Our host Gabe was great.
Only issues we had were they didn’t bring the right number of pizzas out so the last one came when the kids were ready to go play, so some kids didn’t get 2 pieces.
The new area was promised to open at 1:30, however it didn’t open until 3 (the end of the party) so half the kids didn’t get to enjoy it, since they weren’t able to stay later than the 2 hour party.
But definitely will be back for more parties in the future!
My son enjoyed his 11th birthday party here, and everybody who attended the party was very pleased, and the kids had a blast.
The food was good, and the servers were on point with everything despite the lil problem we ran into about good, but other than that, it was great.
Laser tag was my favorite being and adult because the other things were a lil too much for me lol my son and I will definitely we going back on a regular basis because we like good and safe Environments.
I truly recommend this location for a kid birthday party or just simply want to have some fun. We'll be back for sure!
